What is the time to process the order?

If you place an order by 5 p.m., you will receive it within 24 hours (large cities, where we carry it out with our own transport) or within 48 hours, if the order is delivered by DPD courier. The order fulfillment time can be checked in the Delivery tab by entering the city zip code. We pack and ship the items the same day, which is the next day after the order was made. Orders from Friday, Saturday and Sunday are packed and shipped on Sunday.

Note: Orders to smaller towns carried out by the external courier DPD placed from Wednesday from 5.00 PM to Sunday to 5.00 PM will be sent on Monday. You will receive the ordered products on Tuesday.



What are the delivery methods?

We deliver all over Poland - with our own Dailyfruits transport or by DPD courier. The method of delivery depends on the delivery address. The delivery method can be checked in the Delivery tab by entering the city's zip code.

Every Dailyfruits car is designed to transport food. The isothermal superstructure has the appropriate PZH approval, which ensures the appropriate transport temperature throughout the year.



Do you deliver across Poland?

Yes, we do. The delivery is carried out throughout Poland.

At what temperature should I store a package at home?

We make every effort to ensure that our boxes reach you as soon as possible, and that the products are fresh and of the highest quality. However, if the package needs to be stored for a short time, it is best to do so in a dark and dry place. After receiving the package, the vegetables can be stored in the refrigerator, but we do not recommend that you store the fruit in the same way. We recommend storing them at room temperature, in this way their taste properties will be the best as it is similar to the natural ripening process. This especially applies to citrus fruits, which should not be cooled down to the temperature in the refrigerator.



What is the shelf life?

The shelf life depends on the content of the order and the degree of ripeness of fruit and vegetables. It ranges from a few days to several weeks for citrus.



Can I order a gift box and send it to someone else's address?

Of course, it is possible. In the ordering process, in addition to the customer's address, please provide a different shipping address.



Where do fruits and vegetables come from?

Polish seasonal fruits: apples, pears, cherries, strawberries, plums, apricots, raspberries come from our proven suppliers, some of them we have been working with for 10 years. We import fruit that is not grown in Poland from our foreign partners. We select the best and sweetest varieties. We guarantee high quality and freshness of fruit and vegetables.



How are fruits and vegetables transported? Will they not crumple during transport?

We pack fruit and vegetables in specially designed cardboard boxes that protect the goods from crushing.


How will I receive an invoice or receipt for my order?

The invoice or receipt will be sent electronically.
