Submitting a complaint
Complaints about food products are regulated under the Act on Special Rules on Consumer Sales and Amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 141, item 1176, as amended). We make complaints about food products directly to the seller from whom we bought the goods. We submit it within three days from the date of sale, receipt of goods or opening the packaging (applies to products with an expiry date).
Hereby, a complaint for fruit and vegetables submitted after 3 days of receipt of the delivery will be considered negative. It should also be noted that fresh products should be stored at an appropriate temperature.
In order to make a complaint, follow the steps listed below:
Take a photo of the advertised product and send it to the e-mail address: email@example.com
Complete your message with the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number, order number and the reason for the complaint, date of purchase.

2. Handling the product
When submitting a complaint, you do not have to send the product back.
3. The complaint will be dealt with within 48 hours (not including days off)
4. You will be informed about the next steps.
Return of goods and withdrawal from the contract
Pursuant to the Act of March 2, 2000 on Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and the Liability for Damage caused by a Dangerous Product, Journal of Laws No. 2000 no.22 item. 271 (art. 10), the right to withdraw from a distance contract is not available to the consumer in relation to the contract in which the subject of the service is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf-life.
The lack of the right to withdraw from the Agreement does not deprive the Consumer of the right to make a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Store Regulations.
